About
A local painting company built on the right values.
Frank Costa, Founder
Heritage Paintworks is a locally owned painting business in the Upstate of South Carolina. Frank has eight years of experience in the painting industry, six of them as a foreman and crew lead.
His love of the trade, respect for painters, and care and attentiveness to the customer is what propelled him to start a company that reflected those values.
"With God at the center of our lives, we keep in our hearts that He leads us in our work."
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a painting service that exceeds expectations and defies the status quo. With care for our customers and for the craft of painting, we carry out each project to the absolute best of our abilities. We treat our customers, employees, contractors, and community with the utmost respect, at all times.
What we stand for
We tell you what your project needs and what it will cost, plainly and up front.
Every project gets our full effort, from the first scrape to the final coat.
We do what we say, treat people with respect, and stand behind our work.
Rooted Locally
We live and work in the Upstate, and we're building a business our kids can be proud of. Every project is a chance to earn a customer's trust and a good reputation in our community.
